Have your username and transfer receipt ready when you reach out. We always recommend keeping proof of your transfer.
Sports Betting
An accumulator is a bet that combines more than one match into a single wager. All selections must be correct to win. If even one is wrong, the entire accumulator is lost. The potential returns are higher, but so is the risk — bet carefully.
Yes, bm8's football market covers English Premier League (EPL) and Myanmar National League (MNL) matches, as well as major competitions like the Champions League and FIFA World Cup. Check the football menu for the latest fixtures and odds.
With Decimal Odds, a price of 2.50 means a 1,000 Ks bet returns 2,500 Ks. Handicap is an odds format that gives the weaker team a goal head start to level the playing field. For example, Team A -1.5 means Team A must win by 2 or more goals for this handicap to pay out.
After the match ends, bm8 settles bets based on the result within the official playing time. Settlement details can vary depending on whether Extra Time and Penalties are included — read the rules beforehand. If a match is cancelled, the policy states that stakes will be refunded. Contact Live Chat for any questions.

Slots & Jackpot
Volatility (also called variance) describes how often and how much a game pays out. High volatility games don't pay out as frequently, but when they do the amounts tend to be large. Low volatility games pay out more often but in smaller amounts. Which suits you depends on your playing style.
RTP (Return to Player) is a percentage that shows how much a game pays back to players over the long run. A higher RTP generally means a better statistical environment for long-term players. That said, don't forget about luck — RTP doesn't play out in the short term.
Free Spins are spins you can play without spending your own money. They usually come as part of a bonus or promotion. Winnings from Free Spins are subject to a wagering requirement before you can withdraw, so read the terms for each game carefully.
A Progressive Jackpot is a prize pool that grows a little with every spin any player makes. The more players join, the bigger the jackpot gets. Once a lucky player wins the big prize, the jackpot resets to zero and starts building up again slowly.
Bonuses & Promotions
With bm8's Refer a Friend program, the referrer earns 10% of the friend's first deposit as bonus cash (up to 20,000 Ks per friend), plus an ongoing 0.1% weekly commission on the friend's valid bets. These rates stay the same no matter how many friends you refer.
A wagering requirement is the minimum amount you need to bet before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For bm8's Welcome Bonus, the wagering requirement is the bonus amount × 10. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, and the wagering requirement is 30,000 × 10 = 300,000 Ks.
Generally, slots contribute 100% towards wagering. Live casino games (such as Baccarat and Roulette) and football betting may only contribute partially or not at all. For exact details, read bm8's Terms & Conditions or contact Live Chat.
To claim the bm8 Welcome Bonus — (1) log in to your account, (2) activate the bonus when you make your first deposit. The bonus is 150% of your deposit amount, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 680,000 Ks, you receive a 500,000 Ks bonus and your balance will show 1,180,000 Ks; the wagering requirement is 500,000 × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks.
Yes, bm8 bonuses generally require the wagering requirement to be completed within a set time period. If the deadline passes, the bonus funds may expire. Check your personal inbox at the time you claim the bonus for the exact date, or ask via Live Chat.
