1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bm8 and any user ("you" or "user") who accesses the bm8 platform ("site"). By visiting bm8.today, registering an account, making a deposit, or playing any game, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit amount — 20,000 Ks (for all methods)

• Withdrawal processing time — Normally completed within 1 hour

3.1 Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from an account in the user's own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. If this rule is found to have been violated, the deposit will be returned and the account may be reviewed.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals can only be made after the wagering requirements for any bonuses have been met. Withdrawals may be temporarily held while under review. bm8 may request supporting information and has the right to decline withdrawals from accounts that do not provide it.

3.3 Financial Fraud

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at bm8 can receive a 150% welcome bonus of up to 500,000 Ks on their first deposit. For example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive bonus 30,000 Ks → account balance becomes 50,000 Ks → wagering required: 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks
• Deposit 680,000 Ks → receive bonus 500,000 Ks → account balance becomes 1,180,000 Ks → wagering required: 500,000 Ks × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks

Winnings cannot be withdrawn until the 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount has been completed. Only after the required wagering amount is met can winnings be withdrawn.

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Each bonus will have its own wagering requirement, and by claiming a bonus you are considered to have accepted those terms.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• bm8 reserves the right to change or discontinue any bonus offers at any time.
• No bonus may be directly sold or transferred for cash.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on bm8 are operated with fair technology. Players must not exploit technical errors, manipulate outcomes, or carry out software attacks.

• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback

Cashback amounts will be paid as stated in the terms, and bm8 reserves the right to adjust them at any time.
